MaPa in Brisbane
MaPa arrive at the airport and I am so excited to see them! And then
they appear in the arrival door looking shamelessly good and refreshed after
such a long flight! Before they check into their hotel at River Side, I am
taking them home to show them my place and impress them a bit with the best
tasting drinking coconut in the world and a fresh, aromatic strawberry shake
how you could not make it in Germany. During the next three days we spend an
amazing time together wandering through Botanic Garden, lunching at Gillian’s
in East Brisbane, dining at Georges Paragon at River Side, and strolling
through the city.
Besides all these fun activities I also have to vacate my
room, which turns out to be disastrous: Just before I am supposed to hand over
my door key, well, I lock my key inside the room. Such a chaos. But in the end
everything works out and my room is not my room anymore.
